Timing is Everything....
The April 27 Town Board meeting got a bit fiesty at one point, because the third ward council member decided that he needed "more of a plan" for the Cranberry Hills purchase. The board was discussing the resolution to pursue issuing bonds which will fund the purchase of the land in the event that the DEC grant being pursued is not successful. The Highlight of the March 23 Town Board Meeting was a presentation made by Supervisor Cavaccini on the proposed purchase of approximately 326 acres known as Cranberry Hill.
