A new board member - and a request for setbacks for a shed

The November 26 Zoning Board Meeting welcomed a new member of the board - Chris Hernandez and had three items on their agenda. A request on Brothers Road for a variance of 12.7 feet to a side yard (25 feet are required) because the area in the yard, where a variance would not be required is wet and the foundation of the shed keeps sinking in the ground. The Board will visit the site December 7 and discuss on December 10.

The Board voted on the 2025 ZBA Meeting Dates (will be posted on Town Website) and then went into Executive Session for legal advice.
