A new judge assigned to Article 78 Lawsuits re: Hughsonville

Despite the ongoing construction in Hughsonville, the Article 78 Lawsuits are still active. After a filing was made to the courts in December, the judge overseeing the case made a filing in late February to recuse himself from the case. A new judge has now been assigned and is currently in the process of reviewing all the materials and the decisions made by the previous two judges. We wait and hope.
