A Pool and a Deck

The May 26th Zoning Board Meeting Agenda consisted of two applicants requesting setback variances.

1) Brothers Road - requesting a setback variance for an installed above ground pool. - Application not in attendance. Adjourned to June 9th.

2) Degarmo Hills Road - requesting a setback variance for deck to replace one that was there when they bought the property. Will be less wide than the previous deck. ZBA members will visit June 6. Public Hearing scheduled for June 9th.
