Another Firehouse Vote --

The Hughsonville Fire District commissioners have voted to schedule ANOTHER vote for to issue nearly $19M in bonds for the expansion of the Hughsonville Fire House.
The Vote is scheduled between 6 PM and 9 PM on July 7 (exactly 3 months after the April 7th vote) at the Hughsonville Fire House.
It can be inferred that this request for new bonds will also double fire taxes as was expressed by the financial advisor at the community meeting held before the April 7th vote.
The efforts of the volunteers and those dedicated to serving in the Hughsonville Fire Department are very much appreciated and applauded. Is there an alternative to a $19M expansion?
