The May 2 Planning Board meeting was fairly mundane, driven in part by only 4 of the 7 members in attendance.
The Bertero Subdivision on Stonykill Road adjourned public hearing was further adjourned to June 19 because of a request from the applicant.
Myers Corners Solar Farm on Myers Corners Road got an approval of the resolution, with conditions. Once the conditions are approved the site plan will be signed off/approved.. a preliminary approval indicating that was requested to help the applicant pursue a grant/funding.
Torregrossa Subdivision on All Angels Hill Road was discussed with an admission by the engineer that more planning work needs to be done and a DEC sign-off is needed -- especially with sewer and water plans... and an update to the driveway plans, minimizing or eliminating the need for a shared driveway.
Executive Park Building at 1207 Route 9 presented proposed new signs for an Architectural Review. Thankfully only 4 board members were in attendance, because their opinions on what they "don't like" abounded.. with a struggle on providing guidance on what "looks good" given the architectural constraints of the building to support a sign. More board members would have added to the cacophony.
Hint - they "like" a black background with white lettering.
A lot re-alignment on Chelsea road was provided an extension so that the legal teams can work on finalizing documents.
The meeting adjourned after approx. 30 minutes.
