Coffee and Lot Consolidation

The March 16 Planning Board Agenda was slim --

1) The Board approved the consolidation of 2 lots (one .17 acres and one .13 acres) into one - on Liberty Street in Chelsea.

2) On-going review of the 7 Brew Coffee - Amended Site Plan. This is a drive-up Coffee shop which will replace the Sonic Restaurante in the Hannaford Plaza. After revieweing some details re:parking, lighting, engineering etc. the Board voted to set the Public Hearing for April 20th. This will enable the updates to be reflected in the site plan and circulated among the approving agencies.
