Deck & Pool -- near storm water ditch

Public Hearing -

To replace an old Deck on a property on DeGarmo Hills Road. The property has a road next to it, which provides a buffer between neighbors. The variance was approved by the board.

Discussion -

Brothers Road - .74 acre - Property has a town storm water ditch.. (not deeded to the town, the town is not going to maintain, but the water needs to continue to flow, an old deed does mention the town, but the town cannot verify that in their records), septic system also on property a request to setback variance to legalize an above ground pool. ZBA members going to do a site visit on June 20.
