Heads Up! on Town Board Agenda tonight - Route 9D Sports Complex

On the April 14th Town Board Agenda.... just sent out by the Town, is a discussion about a Route 9D Sports Complex. Now this a discussion, not a resolution - but given the pressures on traffic on Route 9D in Hughsonville which spill over to Wheeler Hill, experience with additional traffic when large sports events are held at Bowdoin Park and the sightings of large tour buses on Wheeler Hill and Old Troy Road - this is something we as a community need to pay close attention to. The desire for good sports facilities in the Town are admirable and desirable - but not at the expense of the quality of life of the neighboring residential communites. Please pay attention to this discussion and make sure any questions that you have are answered by, expressed to Town Board members.
