The May 26th Town Board Meeting was all about getting ready.... maybe....meaning preparing for grants/RFPs etc. -- so no decisions, just getting ducks lined up.


The Consent Agenda - all approved

  • Resolution Accepting Resignation of a Court Officer

  • Resolution Appointing a Court Officer

  • Resolution authorizing the. Superintendent of Highways to solicit request for proposals for line striping of Town Roadways

  • Resolution establishing Standard Workday for 2026 for the following individuals establishing the following standard work days for these titles and will report to the officials of NYS and Local Retirement based on their record of activities:

    • Joseph D Cavaccini Town Supervisor Standard Work Day 7 Weekly Pay Frequency

    • Heather Kitchen Town Justice Standard Work Day 6 Weekly Pay Frequency

    • William Beale Councilman Standard Work Day 6 Weekly Pay Frequency

    • Alfred Casella Councilman Standard Work Day 6 Weekly Pay Frequency


The Non Consent Agenda - all approved

  • Resolution Authorizing Town Consultants to Prepare and Submit a funding applications for the Fleetwood Sewer District

  • Resolution Authorizing Town Consultant to Prepare and Submit a funding application for the Wildwood Sewer District

  • Resolution Authorizing Town Consultant to Prepare and Submit funding applications fpr the Mid-Point Park Sewer District


The July 6th Town Board Meeting will be held a Mesier Homestead - with town board members in costumes reflecting the dress of 250 years ago.

June 4th Workshop at 9:00 a.m. to discuss zoning changes.

May 20th - Supervisor Cavaccini's third state of the town address was held at Carnwath Chapel.
