Temporary Restraining Order issued stopping Hughsonville Project

Granting a temporary restraining order pursuant to CPLR 63 l3(a) pending a hearing for a preliminary injunction pursuant to CPLR 6301 and 631I enjoining and restraining respondent/defendant Gas Land Petroleum Inc. from commencing demolition, site development work, and construction of a mixed-use gasoline filling station described more fully in the Petition and enjoining and restraining the Town of Wappinger and/or Town of Wappinger Building Inspector from issuing a demolition permit to demolish residential structures on real property described in the Petition.
