UNITED WAPPINGER WATER DISTRICT HYDRANT FLUSHING

Beginning Monday April 14th through Friday, May 9th between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Residents of the United Wappinger Water District, West of All Angels Hill Road & East of Spook Hill Road including the Royal Ridge and Oakwood Knolls neighborhoods, in the Town of Wappinger are being advised to limit water use.

CAMO Pollution Control, Inc. will be flushing hydrants between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. beginning Monday April 14th, 2025, through Friday, May 9th, 2025.

During the flushing, residents may experience erratic water pressure and turbid water conditions.  This condition will only be temporary.  AT ALL TIMES THE WATER WILL MEET SATISFACTORY SANITARY QUALITY.  The flushing will bring about long-term improvements in water quality.
