Update on Gas Land Petroleum Project

The next step in the Article 78 Law suits occurred today - the filing in response to the defendants (Town Planning Board and Zoning Board and Gas Land Petroleum) arguments was made today. The Temporary Restraining Order is still in effect -- and we await a decision. Much thanks to all those supporting the efforts to protect the Hamlet of Hughsonville.
