The December 10 Zoning Board had a brief agenda:
Public Hearing on the reuqest for variances for setback requirements to legalize a shed on Brother Road - no public comments... and the ZBA approved the request with the condition that if the shed were to be rebuilt at anytime, that it would be built acknowledging the town's setback requirements.
A Discussion regarding a request to build a metal garage on Didell Road on a 2.5 acre property where a 10 foot setback variance is requested to place the garage where the applicant would like. The public hearing is set for January 14th.
The ZBA had an attorney/client discussion requiring an executive session where they returned and determined that they would rehear the appeal regarding a front yard setback on a Spook Hill property.
