The March 11 ZBA Agenda was short -with the chairperson stating his opinion about projects before any discussion.

Public Hearing -

A new home on Robinson Lane was constructued so that the front porch, which requires a 50 foot setback from the road, there is only 47.6 feet from the road - requiring a 3.3 foot variance (not 3.3 inches as was stated). This variance was approved.

Discussion -

A property at 132 Chelsea Road - next to the property of a Zoning Board Member and Town Board Member - is in the process of refurbishment and the new owner would like to expand a current 1 car garage to a 2 car garage. A 20 foot setback is required, but only 9 feet can be provided, requiring a variance of 11 feet. The site visit by the ZBA was scheduled for March 22, with a public hearing scheduled for March 25.

An applicant whose property is on Lake Onaid Drive needs to replaced a deck that was removed. Where a set-back of 20 feet is required, the applicant can provide at least 10.7 feet, requiring a variances of 9.3 feet. The site visit by the ZBA was scheduled for March 22, with a public hearing scheduled for March 25.
