ZBA prep for their answer to the Court

In our last communication we let you know that the Court has directed the Zoning Board of Appeals to answer to the court exactly how they they came to the decision that the Gasland Convenience Store is an “accessory” use to a Gasoline Filling Station.


We heard nothing for almost over a month, and now suddenly, it has been added to the Tuesday September 26th Zoning Board Meeting (starts at 7:00 PM).


This is NOT a public hearing, but rather presentations to the ZBA — who owes the Court a response by October 20th.


We are not expecting a decision and there may be a discussion among board members, but there will be no opportunity for the public to speak.


We will keep you apprised on the next steps.
