A Pool and a Deck
The May 26th Zoning Board Meeting Agenda consisted of two applicants requesting setback variances. 1) Brothers Road - requesting a setback variance for an installed above ground pool. - Application not in attendance. Adjourned to June 9th. 2) Degarmo Hills Road - requesting a setback variance for deck to replace one that was there when they bought the property. Will be less wide than the previous deck. ZBA members will visit June 6. Public Hearing scheduled for June 9th.

Subaru, Goodwill and "Stone Brook Estates"
The May 18th Planning Board Meeting - with 2 members absent - began after the Planning Board's workshop where one Planning Board members continued to call into question the expansion of Subaru's Service Department without a corresponding increase in the number of employees and employee parking spaces.
